Job Objective Ensure regulatory compliance regarding transparency and consumer protection in the communication of commercial and financial products and services, guaranteeing that promotions have the necessary legal safeguards for operation and scalability. Main Responsibilities Governance of the shopinbaz app, ensuring implementation of workflows, proper operation, and regulatory compliance on app stores or Google Play.\* Validate communication and its implementation across digital channels in alignment with business strategies, in an agile and effective manner (high volume).\* Establish clear, robust, and consistent guidelines to ensure continuous communication, transparency, and improved customer experience. * Draft Terms and Conditions for promotions and for user onboarding.\* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations concerning advertising and promotions (PROFECO/CONDUSEF/SEGOB) Candidate Profile Implementation of financial or commercial products, services, and functionalities.\* Knowledge of communication, promotions, and loyalty programs.\* Experience in the financial sector, retail, and compliance.\* Experience applying the above in digital businesses.
