Job Summary: Supervises the warehouse, managing staff and optimizing resources to meet delivery objectives and promote company culture. Key Highlights: 1. You will manage operational staff and optimize resources. 2. You will ensure compliance with performance indicators. 3. You will report to the Warehouse Manager. As a **warehouse supervisor**, you will ensure achievement of the delivery plan objectives set by management through operational staff management and optimization of operational resources. You will work **\#LI\-Onsite**, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Key Responsibilities * Train operational staff in accordance with established procedures. * Ensure compliance with performance indicators. * Promote the company-established workplace culture. * Manage, control, and guarantee all operational resources according to area demand across different shifts. * Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and develop weekly and monthly presentations. * Manage personnel. Requirements * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. * **Experience:** 3 years in warehouse management. * **Office Skills:** Intermediate to advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables). * **English:** Intermediate level.
