Retail Salesperson *Requirements*: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Availability for frequent travel. *Experience*: Minimum of 2 years as a Shadow Salesperson in the wholesale channel, performing the following activities: · Field sales knowledge (street-level selling, door-to-door sales). · Selling fast-moving consumer goods, offering retail customers a wide variety of product options and brands available. · Accompanying the primary salesperson on sales routes. · Negotiating the purchase of new products. · Providing customers with catalogs and promotional materials for both new and existing products. · Delivering point-of-sale training to employees as needed. *Competencies*: negotiation, empathy, communication, interpersonal relationship development, goal-oriented work, planning, teamwork, proactivity, persuasion.
