Telephone collections handling **We are seeking telephone executives** **Profile:** * **Completed or incomplete high school (Preparatoria / Bachillerato)** * **Predictive dialer proficiency** * **Collections experience with consumer loans originated by banks** **Experience:** **At least 6 months of telephone collections experience within the last 3 years, handling delinquent consumer loans with arrears of up to 2.5 years** **Knowledge of banking portfolio** **Work location: Plaza Polanco** **Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 2:15 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM; fixed Sunday off** **Evening shift: 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturday 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM; fixed Sunday off** **Late arrival penalty: $200; Absence penalty: $200 each** **Uncapped commissions (guaranteed bonus of $1,000 per month for the first two months)** **Monthly transportation bonus of $500** **Statutory benefits (vacation, year-end bonus, and social security)** **Salary** **Morning shift: $9,585** **Evening shift: $10,000** **Major medical expense insurance starting from the 1st year.** Salary: $9,585.00 \- $11,900.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
