Benefits include medical expense insurance and grocery vouchers. **MULTI-USE BOXES** **INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Technical degree in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in general infrastructure maintenance. * Flexible working hours. * Industrial facility, warehouse, or corporate building maintenance experience is preferred. **Technical Knowledge** * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Basic and industrial electricity. * Plumbing and hydraulic systems. * Basic air conditioning and refrigeration. * Welding and general repairs. **Primary Responsibilities** * Execute preventive maintenance programs for infrastructure. **Competencies** * Proactive. * Responsible. * Problem-solving oriented. * Team player. * Service-oriented attitude. * Perform corrective work orders. * Monitor the condition of electrical, hydraulic, and structural installations. * Coordinate external vendor work when necessary. * Prepare maintenance reports.
