This position is critical to ensuring operational continuity and continuous improvement of our systems. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain system and network infrastructure. * Develop, implement, and support internal applications. * Monitor system performance and propose improvements. * Manage databases and ensure their integrity. * Provide technical support to internal users. * Document processes, configurations, and technical solutions. * Collaborate with other teams on the implementation of technology projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of networks, servers, databases, and software development. * Proficiency in programming languages. * Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems. * Experience with ALPHA ERP. * Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of cybersecurity. * Relevant certifications (not mandatory). **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $20000. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly food vouchers worth $1500. * Life insurance effective from the third month. * Major medical expense insurance. * Professional development opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
