Job Summary: Systems programming engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software aligned with company needs and product quality standards, following an agile methodology. User support and training for developed systems Description and details of responsibilities The systems programming engineer shall design, develop, and implement software development projects across all company departments. These applications must align with the specific requirements of each product line and primarily aim to ensure the quality of products manufactured by the company. To achieve this, the engineer must follow an agile software development methodology. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Software requirements analysis. * Software design, development, and implementation. * Software documentation, software development request (SDR). * Software documentation, technical manuals, and user manual. * Database maintenance. * Database reporting. * Adherence to committed deadlines for software releases. * Staff training on the use of developed systems. * User support in system usage. * Collaboration with production areas to implement changes or improvements that help ensure product quality. * Initiative-taking in software development projects. * Software updates. * Software optimization. * Implementation of dashboards and visual management to support decision-making. * Priority focus on tracking system development. * Implementation of Power BI as a means of information presentation. * Implementation of technologies, algorithms, and tools supported by artificial intelligence for process optimization. * Reporting activities to the Software Development Supervisor or Systems Manager.
