**Position:** Service Technician **Work Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León (at the client's facility) **Responsibilities:** * Perform scheduled service at the client's facility within the established timeframe. * Monitor daily consumables usage, communicate them to sales representatives, and involve relevant internal departments when necessary. * Conduct physical-chemical analyses. * Inspect equipment daily/weekly to ensure no issues exist. * Provide all reports to clients. * Carry out administrative activities supporting product quality management. * Perform laboratory tests and accompany client field tests to validate product performance. * Collaborate with the Site Manager to develop daily activities that protect and expand our business. • Train new field technicians whenever required. **About Solenis** We are a specialty chemical company committed daily to solving complex challenges in water treatment, process improvement, and hygiene for customers across consumer, industrial, institutional, food & beverage, and swimming pool & spa markets—through people, expertise, and technology.
