Work in a flexible, collaborative environment supporting company growth **Job Title:** Rental Management Coordinator **Overview** We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Rental Management Coordinator for our growing real estate Company. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively communicate with tenants, coordinate maintenance operations, track financial activity, and help create structured systems to improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, professional, and capable of handling multiple properties and tasks simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can help ensure all operations are properly documented, tracked, and managed efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** **Tenant Communication \& Management** * Communicate with tenants and respond to all tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Handle move\-in communication with new tenants. * Coordinate pre\-move\-in inspections and follow\-up items. * Schedule move\-out inspections and prepare detailed move\-out reports. * Follow up with tenants regarding late rental payments. **Maintenance \& Vendor Coordination** * Schedule repairs and coordinate with vendors and the maintenance team. * Track daily maintenance tasks and ensure completion. * Coordinate and track quarterly maintenance for all properties. * Ensure maintenance records and updates are documented properly. **Administrative \& Accounting Coordination** * Update Excel tracking sheets for maintenance, repairs, and property activity. * Submit weekly reports and information to the Accounting Department for invoicing purposes. * Track rental income and reconcile rental payments with accounting. * Maintain organized records and documentation for all property\-related activities. **Operations Support** * Assist with improving and implementing more structured systems and workflows. * Help maintain organization and operational efficiency as the company grows. * Ensure all operations, communications, maintenance activities, and financial records are properly documented, tracked, and managed efficiently as the company continues to grow. **Requirements** * Bilingual (English/Spanish) MUST. * Good English speaking and writing skills * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer systems. * Ability to follow instructions and company procedures carefully. * Strong attention to detail and manage daily follow\-ups. * Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently. * Strong problem\-solving and time\-management skills * Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work. * Ability to communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members. * Willingness to learn property management systems and company workflows. * Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus. **Compensation \& Benefits** \*Competitive salary (Base on experience). \*Remote Work. \*Flexible, collaborative work environment. **Works Hours** Required to Work: \*Monday Through Friday ( 8AM \- 5PM (US standard time)) \*Must also be available (On Call) on weekends to communicate with tenants in case any issues arise.
