REQUIREMENTS Completed or ongoing degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a site resident (preferred). * Basic knowledge of construction process/field supervision. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to track activities and prepare reports. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset. * Flexible working hours. * Willingness to work on-site. * Preference for candidates residing in the area or with convenient transportation access.
