Job Description: At **Plotters MX International**, a leading company in large-format printing solutions, we are seeking a **UV Printer with proven experience in UV technology**, highly committed to quality, precision, and efficiency in production processes. **Position:** UV Printer (rigid and flexible materials) **Employment Type:** Full-time **Responsibilities:** * Operation of UV printing equipment on rigid materials (acrylic, PVC, wood, glass, metal, etc.) and flexible materials (banners, vinyls, textiles, etc.). * Preparation of files for printing, including resolution review, color profiles, and technical adjustments. * Configuration, calibration, and basic maintenance of UV printing equipment. * Quality control at each stage of the printing process. * Optimization of materials and reduction of waste. * Adherence to production timelines and company-established standards. * Coordination with the design and production teams to ensure optimal results. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in UV printing (mandatory). * Knowledge of RIP software, color profiles, and digital printing processes. * Experience working with both rigid and flexible materials. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for printing equipment. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Job stability within a growing company. * Ongoing training in emerging printing technologies. * Opportunities for professional development. * Excellent working environment.
