




Job Summary: Responsible for managing personnel transactions with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and internal systems, preparing severance calculations and payroll accounting entries, and administering payroll incidents. Responsibilities: Manage personnel transactions (hires, terminations, and SDI adjustments) with the IMSS, as well as in company-designated systems for payroll and benefits payments: banks, food vouchers, savings fund. Prepare severance calculations, weekly and biweekly payroll accounting entries. Administer, validate, and record payroll incidents (absences, overtime, deductions such as INFONAVIT loans, FONACOT loans, SGMM contributions, etc.), ensuring full traceability and accurate application in payroll calculations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred: diplomas or certifications in payroll, tax, or labor law). Work experience: Payroll processing (tax and benefits calculations, incident management—absences, overtime, vacations), weekly and biweekly cycles; experience in companies with large employee headcounts is preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Skills: Attention to detail (critical), Organization and time management, Confidentiality, Effective communication. Additional Requirements: Experience handling payroll audits.
