Job Summary: Execute payroll and severance calculations, validate payroll incidents, manage the full payroll process, and calculate and monitor tax and social security obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the entire payroll and tax compliance process. 2. Administers and updates the employee database. 3. Ensures compliance with regulatory processes. **Payroll Analyst** Execute payroll calculations (weekly, biweekly, and monthly), as well as severance and settlement payments. • Validate and consolidate payroll incidents, ensuring their correct application. • Manage the complete payroll process: calculation, electronic stamping (timbrado), disbursement, reconciliation, and reporting. • Calculate, validate, and monitor tax and social security obligations (ISR, ISN, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). • Prepare and validate reconciliations against IMSS (SUA vs. issued records). • Manage IMSS enrollment transactions (registrations, terminations, and salary modifications). • Generate operational and executive reports (accumulated data, monthly closings, incidents, variability). • Address client requests related to payroll, providing timely follow-up. • Administer and update the employee database. • Provide information for billing and administrative control processes. • Ensure compliance with regulatory processes (ICSOE, SISUB, and related obligations). • **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferably completed)** **Experience:** • Minimum 3 years in payroll processes • Experience working with clients (outsourcing/consulting model preferred) Technical Knowledge and Skills: * Payroll calculation * IMSS * FONACOT * INFONAVIT * ISN * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) calculation * Profit-sharing (PTU) calculation * CONTPAQi * Income Tax Law (LISR) * ICSOE * SISUB **SALARY: $17,000.00 NET PER MONTH** **Upon joining the team** \- Minor medical expense insurance \- Funeral expense insurance \- Access to major medical expense insurance at preferential rates. \- Additional paid leave days \- School support allowance \- Gift card for children in December **Send a WhatsApp message to 81 3119 7823** **Workplace: Insurgentes Sur 670, 5th Floor, Col Del Valle, Benito Juarez, CP 03100 Ciudad de Mexico** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $16,990.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
