Accompaniment of patients throughout the entire process Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator (English and Spanish) Location: Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit Position Type: Full-time (Mon–Fri full-time: 9 AM–2 PM and 4 PM–7 PM; Sat half-day: 9 AM–1 PM) Work Modality: On-site – Call Center and Medical Office We are a high-end plastic surgery clinic seeking a bilingual Patient Care Coordinator with sales experience and outstanding customer service skills to help us deliver a warm, organized, and professional experience to national and international patients. Responsibilities: * Patient interaction via phone, message, or email. * Sending information and quotations. * Prospective patient follow-up until procedure closure. * Coordination of appointments, evaluations, and surgical dates. * Accompaniment throughout the entire process, including postoperative care. * Registration and tracking in the management system. Requirements: * Advanced English (mandatory), both written and spoken. * Experience in sales and customer service. * Excellent appearance, service-oriented attitude, and stress tolerance. * Organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency with digital tools.
