Hybrid work modality Gross monthly salary: $30,000 Full-time Job Description A financial/insurance sector company seeks a Collections and Operations Analyst with experience in telephone-based collections and administrative follow-up, capable of managing portfolios, maintaining effective communication with customers, and supporting the department’s operational processes. The position focuses primarily on telephone-based collections (70\-80%) complemented by administrative and operational control functions. We seek an organized, analytical profile with excellent follow-up skills and negotiation abilities.
