Connect with the target market and generate customer interest in our housing projects to strengthen the brand’s positioning and continuous growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Inspect the condition of advertisements, FS (flyers), color palettes, banners, and staging areas each time visiting a housing development (request repairs or replacements as needed). * Process monthly service payment requisitions and record them in an Excel file under the Expense Tracking Report. * Serve as direct support contact with the reception desks of all housing developments for reporting foot traffic, inconsistencies, material inventory, and sales. * Assist in preparing the weekly report (daily foot traffic, foot traffic by channel, averages, projections, annual comparative table, and foot traffic by advisor or by pre-qualification amount). * Monitor Google listings and manage the Facebook fan pages for each housing development. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in similar positions. * Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * Personal vehicle preferred (work location is at housing developments). **Our Value Proposition:** * Monthly gross salary of MXN $18,000. * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) registration. * Life insurance.
