Job Summary: Maintenance Technician responsible for performing maintenance, installation, and repair of electromechanical systems, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance, installation, and repair of electromechanical systems. 2. Diagnosis and repair of production and automation equipment. 3. PLC, VFD, and HMI programming. **Maintenance Technician** **Objective:** Perform maintenance, installation, and repair of electromechanical systems integrating electrical, electronic, and mechanical components, ensuring proper equipment and facility operation with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and continuity of production processes. **Education:** Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or Electronics, or related field; incomplete engineering degree accepted. **Experience:** 2 years of experience in maintenance and automation. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems of production, packaging, and processing equipment (e.g., conveyor belts, temperature sensors, dosing systems). * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical panels, PLCs, frequency drives, and other industrial automation devices. * Interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and technical manuals. * Configure and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), human-machine interface (HMI) screens, and associated equipment to ensure correct production process operation. * Ensure all maintenance activities strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (BPM). * Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, following required cleaning and disinfection protocols for the industry. **General Knowledge** * Basic Office software proficiency * SAP, Oracle (desirable) **Technical Knowledge:** * Interpretation of electrical and control diagrams. * PLC and frequency drive programming and configuration. * Use of electrical measurement tools and equipment. **Work Schedule:** * Availability to work three shifts **Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send CV via WhatsApp: 811 6312067** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee referral program * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
