Follow up and present findings. **Farmacias Benavides is seeking a Loss Prevention Auditor at Paseo De Las Privanzas \- Monterrey, Nuevo León** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Loss Prevention Auditor. Objective: Conduct various types of loss prevention audits as defined in the audit program, with the goal of anticipating, preventing, and reporting areas of opportunity arising in pharmacies. Responsibilities: 1\.\- Conduct all existing types of loss prevention audits according to the assigned role, aiming to anticipate, prevent, and report areas of opportunity arising in pharmacies. 2\.\- Perform pharmacy visits on a quarterly basis to conduct various types of audits, ensuring compliance with the established audit program. 3\.\- Analyze metrics (Shrinkage Reports, BI Card Reports, Cancellations, Returns, Deposit Discrepancy Reports, etc.) to obtain necessary information for proper audit execution. 4\.\- Submit daily audit reports to keep the Operational Excellence Manager and Regional Operations Director informed of identified findings, enabling them to establish mitigation plans. 5\.\- Present major areas of opportunity detected during audits to pharmacy managers during monthly meetings, to agree upon solution commitments and clarify doubts. 6\.\- Daily follow-up on pharmacies exhibiting uncontrolled high shrinkage, based on shrinkage reports, to promptly report and correct potential administrative errors. 7\.\- Conduct investigations requested by the department and submit reports indicating whether reported incidents are substantiated or not, enabling appropriate corrective actions. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Medicine / Health **Industry:** Pharmaceuticals **Skills:** * Analysis * Detection * Assertiveness *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69cb082d3900003000062358\&source\=indeed*
