Customer Service Executive and Test Tracking Specialist Location: Santa Úrsula Xitla, Tlalpan Direct employment by the company / full statutory benefits. What will you do in this role? You will be a key contributor to the customer experience, ensuring timely tracking of their requests and proper execution of the testing workflow. Key Responsibilities: * Track customer requests * Support the full testing cycle (from request submission through to result delivery) * Validate test status * Maintain communication with various departments * Report and update information for customer service * Coordinate logistics for sample shipment What we seek in you: * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in health-related fields, preferably. * Minimum 6 months of experience * Knowledge of processes, quality assurance, and customer service * Strong service orientation * Attention to detail Key Responsibilities: 1\.
