**Project Leader / Application Architect** Hybrid profile \| Full-time \| Hybrid modality \| Senior level ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ABOUT THE ROLE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ We are seeking a hybrid profile with technical vision and leadership capability, able to simultaneously serve as Project Leader, Technical Leader, and Application Architect. This person will act as the central point between project management, the development team, and solution architecture, coordinating 3 to 6 parallel work cells and serving as the formal communication channel with the client. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Management and coordination: * Coordinate work teams (3–6 parallel cells), generate progress reports, and identify and manage risks in service delivery. * Act as the formal communication channel between the service provider and the client, with direct interaction with the Contract Administrator and Request Owners. * Plan and track projects using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools. * Possess sufficient authority to make decisions ensuring service quality and timeliness. Technical leadership: * Provide technical leadership over assigned cells, ensuring adherence to the work plan. * Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks within the development team, proposing solutions without necessarily coding directly. * Plan and facilitate sprints, agile ceremonies, and tracking of commitments per work cell. * Participate in effort estimation and determination of required resources and roles. * Formalize requirements, scope, and technical-functional agreements with Request Owners. Application architecture: * Design application and data architectures, develop proof-of-concepts, and conceptualize common components and interconnectivity models. * Ensure developed products accurately reflect the abstraction levels defined in the reference architecture. * Define and oversee monolithic, microsite, or microservice architectures according to project context, including container orchestration. * Ensure compliance with SOA and RESTful standards in developed solutions. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ REQUIREMENTS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Education: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technologies or related field (degree completed). Experience and knowledge: * 3+ years in software development project leadership roles. * Experience in managing, tracking, and estimating software projects. * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, or equivalents. * Sprint planning, backlog management, and agile metrics. * Design of SOA, RESTful, microservices, and container orchestration architectures. * Java EE platform, Spring Framework, and React for web application design. * Analysis, design, and optimization of relational and non-relational databases. * Proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent tools. * Formalization of project requirements and scope. * Personnel management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS (VALID) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ * PMP — Project Management Professional (PMI) * CSM — Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) Both certifications must be valid at the time of hiring. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DESIRED SKILLS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). * Familiarity with agile management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalents. * Experience in financial sector or government projects. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT WE OFFER ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ * Hybrid work model with flexibility for remote workdays. * Participation in high-impact projects in the financial sector. * Real opportunities for professional growth and development. * Support for certifications and continuous training. * Collaborative environment with outcome-oriented multidisciplinary teams.
