




Position Summary: We are seeking a General Nurse to provide comprehensive care for residents, administer medications, perform wound dressings, and manage emergencies, prioritizing the care and well-being of individuals with special needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive and personalized care for residents. 2. Support in the dining room and assistance with feeding. 3. Receive shift handover as established, ensuring a complete report on each resident’s status throughout the day. Ensure residents are properly handed over on time. 2. Receive and verify medical equipment, confirming completeness and noting its condition upon receipt. 3. Control and administration of medications to each resident, including subsequent dosing; prepare individual medication envelopes to facilitate administration. 4. Bathing residents and maintaining their personal hygiene consistently. 5. Assist in the dining room during breakfast and lunch, helping residents who require feeding support. 6. Transport residents to hospitals for routine visits or emergencies. 7. Provide emotional containment for residents during crisis moments. 8. Coordinate and carry out all duties related to resident care. 9. Respond to and coordinate with the on-duty physician for any medical emergencies, including hospital transfers. 10. Prepare shift logs, documenting all events concerning each resident during the shift to ensure proper handover. 11. Perform suturing and wound dressings for residents in case of minor incidents. 12. Monitor vital signs and measure blood glucose levels for residents, recording data per medical instructions for each individual. 13. Maintain and update the Kardex and medical records for each resident. 14. Coordinate and communicate directly with the responsible physician regarding resident management—including regular treatment, prescriptions, and management of transient illnesses such as coughs, flu, etc. **A. JOB KNOWLEDGE** General and fundamental knowledge of General Nursing. Medication administration. Suturing and wound dressing application. Vital signs monitoring. Medical equipment handling.
