Position Summary: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure functional and safe facilities at automotive dealerships. Key Responsibilities: 1. General facility maintenance (electrical, plumbing, finishes) 2. Minor repairs and adaptations at dealerships 3. Support for continuous infrastructure improvement projects **General Maintenance Technician – Automotive Dealerships** * **Base location:** Obispado Area (Monterrey) * **Coverage area:** Metropolitan Area **Position Objective:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance work at group dealerships, ensuring functional and safe facilities. **Essential Requirements:** 1\. Proven experience of **at least 2 years in the following trades:** * Plumbing * Electrical work * Painting * Drywall installation * Landscaping 2\. Education: **Technical High School Diploma.** 3\.
