GCM Constructores Mexican company specializing in civil and electrical construction **Position Objective** Lead the strategy, operations, and profitability of GCM Constructores, ensuring achievement of growth, quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction objectives through comprehensive construction project management, business development, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and sound financial administration—fully aligned with regulatory standards (ISO 9001\) and applicable legal requirements. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term growth strategy * Establish corporate objectives aligned with the organization’s vision and mission * Evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and service lines * Conduct organizational context analysis (SWOT, risks, and opportunities) * Participate in top management review of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015\) * Approve corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field (certified) * Preferred: MBA, Master’s in Project Management, Master’s in Administration, or Business Engineering **Experience:** 10–15 years in the construction sector (civil works, electrical infrastructure, buildings, infrastructure) **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI * ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor * ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 * Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) * Construction-sector certifications (CMIC, CIDESI, others) * **Work Schedule:** Full-time, with availability to handle matters outside regular working hours * **Employment Type:** Indefinite-term contract * **Work Location:** Corporate offices, Zapopan, Jalisco * **Travel Availability:** Yes, site visits across multiple cities (frequency: 30\-40% of time) * **Mobility:** Company-provided vehicle * **Benefits:** Negotiable based on profile (performance bonus, enhanced benefits, major medical expense insurance) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
