




Job Summary: HSBC Mexico is seeking a Premier Account Executive to provide personalized financial service and advisory to Mass Affluent Advance and Premier clients, managing their portfolio and expanding their product portfolio. Primary Responsibility: Deliver the highest level of service to assigned Mass Affluent Advance and Premier client portfolios for their day-to-day financial needs, as well as personalized advisory aimed at fulfilling their short-, medium-, and long-term financial requirements. Ensure timely client retention and expand the product portfolios of assigned clients through support from business units. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (in progress or completed) or completed high school diploma. Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and/or client support. Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial sector. Minimum 2 years of experience with Premier products and services. AMIB Figure Certification. Knowledge of markets and external regulations. Knowledge of Financial Mathematics. Knowledge of branch operational systems and procedures. Intermediate English language proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Business identification and development. Portfolio management. Passion for sales. Client needs identification. Working hours: Monday to Saturday. Skills: Client- and sales-oriented mindset. Teamwork.
