




Job Summary: We are seeking a General Nurse with experience in caring for people with disabilities to provide comprehensive care to residents, administer medications, and coordinate with the medical team. Receive shift handover as established, ensuring a complete report on each resident’s status throughout the day. Ensure residents are properly handed over on time. 2\. Receive and verify medical equipment, confirming its completeness and noting its condition upon receipt. 3\. Control and administer medications to each resident, including subsequent doses; prepare individual medication envelopes to facilitate administration. 4\. Bathe residents and maintain their personal and ongoing hygiene. 5\. Assist in the dining area during breakfast and lunch, helping residents who require feeding support. 6\. Accompany residents to hospitals for routine visits or emergencies. 7\. Provide emotional containment for residents during crisis moments. 8\. Coordinate and carry out all duties related to resident care. 9\. Respond to and coordinate with the on-duty physician for any medical emergencies, including hospital transfers. 10\. Maintain a logbook, documenting all events occurring during the shift for each resident to ensure proper shift handover. 11\. Apply sutures and dressings to residents in case of minor incidents. 12\. Monitor vital signs and measure blood glucose levels for residents, recording data per medical instructions for each individual. 13\. Maintain control of the kardex and medical records for each resident. 14\. Coordinate and communicate directly with the responsible physician regarding resident management—including regular treatment, prescriptions, and management of transient illnesses such as coughs, flu, etc. **A.
