Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and technical coordination. * Experience leading development teams. * Knowledge of system architecture and microservices. * Experience in backend and frontend development. * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Experience with version control and technical documentation. * Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability. Desired Technical Skills * Java, C\#, Python, NodeJS * Docker * Kafka and RabbitMQ * SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB * AWS, Azure and/or GCP * GitHub / GitLab Main Responsibilities * Coordinate technical software development projects. * Supervise deliverables and objective achievement. * Translate functional requirements into technical solutions. * Manage technical risks and propose improvements. * Coordinate activities with QA, DevOps, and end-user departments. * Participate in agile ceremonies and operational follow-up. * Ensure solution documentation and traceability.
