**WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS POSITION?** You will be the primary point of contact between the customer and the workshop. From vehicle intake to final delivery, you will ensure a professional and efficient experience: collecting information, managing service orders, coordinating with the technical team, preparing quotations, and completing billing and collections for each service. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receive vehicles (private and fleet), perform physical inspections, and complete intake checklists with photographic evidence. * Generate and manage service orders from start to finish. * Maintain constant communication with customers regarding diagnosis, progress, timelines, and delivery. * Assign vehicles to technicians and monitor the workshop’s operational status (scheduling). * Prepare service and parts quotations; follow up on authorizations. * Manage documentation: service orders, warranties, physical and digital files. * Handle electronic invoicing and collections (cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, and credit terms). * Validate service quality and obtain customer sign-off upon delivery. * Professionally manage customer complaints and conflict situations. **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years in automotive reception, service advising, or customer service at mechanical workshops or dealerships. * Experience in operational control, electronic invoicing, and collections. **Technical Knowledge:** * Mechanical workshop processes and basic interpretation of automotive faults. * Preparation of quotations and service orders. * Electronic invoicing (CFDI) and cash handling. * ERP or automotive software proficiency (preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** **Operational:** * Organization and administrative control — multitasking — operational planning — activity prioritization. **Commercial:** * Effective communication — negotiation — customer orientation — post-sales retention and follow-up. **Personal:** * Proactivity — accountability — sense of urgency — problem solving — ability to work under pressure. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Competitive salary (to be discussed during interview). * Full statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus). * Minor medical expense insurance. * A dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth within the company. * Join a team committed to quality and customer satisfaction. **HOW TO APPLY?** If you meet the profile and wish to join HIT Mexico’s team, apply directly via INDEED or send your CV to the recruitment email.
