We are looking for an empathetic, creative, and highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to help us tell the stories of our surrogates and connect with hopeful parents. **The Role:** We are seeking a freelance content creator to produce engaging, empathetic, and informative short\-form and long\-form content for our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook channels. This is a pay\-per\-project role ideal for a creative who can translate complex surrogacy journeys into captivating visual stories. **Key Responsibilities:** * Content Concepting: Brainstorm and pitch creative video concepts, static graphics, and carousels that demystify the surrogacy process. * Video \& Graphic Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high\-quality, on\-brand content (e.g., surrogate spotlights, agency Q\&As, educational reels on the IVF process). * Platform Optimization: Tailor content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, keeping up\-to\-date with current audio trends and algorithm updates. * Copywriting: Write compelling, empathetic, and compliant captions that respect both surrogate privacy and legal surrogacy guidelines. * Review \& Refinement: Ensure all content adheres to agency branding and ethical advertising guidelines. **Qualifications:** * Experience: Proven experience (2\+ years) in social media content creation, digital storytelling, and video editing (via CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools). * Empathy \& Tone: A strong understanding of how to communicate sensitive, emotional, and joyful topics with authenticity and respect. * Industry Knowledge: While not mandatory, familiarity with family\-building, IVF, or women’s healthcare is highly desired. * **Portfolio:** *Must provide a portfolio or links to previously created social media content* * Languages: English Job Type: Part\-time Pay: $700\.00 \- $900\.00 per day Work Location: Remote
