




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced collections officer with customer service background to manage an assigned portfolio, negotiate agreements, and report incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the customer portfolio for preventive collections. 2. Negotiate payment agreements and establish deadlines for debts. 3. Report incidents involving customers and contracts. We are a Mexican company transforming the rental industry through data and technology.
