Summary: We are seeking an energetic Cold Calling Specialist for our real estate acquisitions team to make outbound calls, qualify leads, and handle objections. Highlights: 1. Work remotely and be an important part of the acquisitions process **Overview:** We are looking for an energetic **Cold Calling Specialist** to join our real estate acquisitions team. In this role, you will make a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners and gauge their interest in selling their property. Your daily target will be \~150 calls (and up to 250–300 calls on days we use a multi\-line dialer). You’ll follow a proven script to identify motivated sellers, handle initial objections, and transfer hot leads to our acquisitions team. This is a key role that requires **excellent spoken English** and a friendly, persistent attitude. **Responsibilities:** * **High\-Volume Outbound Calling:** Make at least **150 calls per day** to targeted property owners using our click\-to\-dial system. (On certain campaigns with a multi\-line dialer, you may dial 250–300 numbers a day.) Maintain a positive, professional demeanor throughout all calls. * **Lead Qualification:** Follow our prepared script to introduce our company and ask key questions about the homeowner’s interest in selling. Listen actively to identify motivation, timeline, and property details. * **Overcome Objections:** Professionally handle common pushbacks (“Not interested,” “How did you get my number?” etc.) with polite and confident responses. Stay resilient and upbeat even after repeated rejections – it often takes dozens of “no’s” to get a “yes.” * **Record Keeping:** Update call outcomes in our CRM in real time. Mark leads as interested, not interested, wrong number, etc., and add any relevant notes from the conversation. Accuracy in tagging call results is crucial for follow\-up. * **Target Achievement:** Strive to meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals, such as number of leads (interested sellers) generated, appointments set, or transfers to the sales team. Work with the team to continuously improve performance (e.g. refining the script or call approach based on feedback). **Requirements:** * **Excellent English \& Neutral Accent:** **Fluent spoken English** with a **neutral or minimal accent**. You should be easily understood by American homeowners. (We will request a voice recording or conduct a phone screening to verify this.) * **Cold Calling Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling/telesales, telemarketing, or a related role. Experience calling US\-based customers or real estate cold calling is a **big plus**. * **Resilience \& Energy:** Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection. You can make hundreds of calls and still keep an enthusiastic tone. Self\-motivated and driven to reach targets. * **Tech Requirements:** Comfortable using auto\-dialer software and CRM systems. (Experience with tools like Mojo Dialer or CallTools, and Podio or a similar CRM, is helpful.) Must have a **reliable high\-speed internet** connection, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace for making calls. * **Schedule:** Availability to work **U.S. business hours** (e.g. 9am–5pm Eastern or Central Time).
