Summary: This role involves designing and implementing manufacturing processes for modular constructions, optimizing production efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Lead continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes Description and details of activities ***Samara Living manufactures residential homes in an industrial factory in Mexicali. Once the house is completed, it is exported to the USA clients' location.*** **Design and implement manufacturing processes** and systems for modular constructions prefabricated. **Develop and maintain up\-to\-date manufacturing documentation**, such as production instructions work, process flow diagrams, and standard procedures. **Data Analysis:** Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize production efficiency. Conducting and analyzing time studies, conducting feasibility studies, and cost analysis for new designs and techniques, manufacturing, or equipment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation in the manufacturing process. **New Product Introduction:** Coordinate new material design, process, and plan to validate the first constructions in the factory. **Value Engineering:** Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and quality. **Quality Assurance Support:** Implement quality control measures to ensure that prefabricated modular buildings meet standards and specified regulations. Resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. **Technology Integration:** Evaluate new technologies and integrate them into the manufacturing process to improve productivity and innovation. **Cross\-Functional** **Collaboration:** Working closely with other departments, such as design, purchasing, and logistics, to ensure alignment and efficiency throughout the entire production process. Experience and requirements * **English 85%** * **Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Architecture,** or Related Fields. * **5 years of related experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering.** Experience in New Product Introduction (Engineering Validation, CAD, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, Process Definition, Documentation). Lean Six Sigma Certification and knowledge in LGS Framing and modular manufacturing techniques are a plus. Proficiency with office suites, Excel, and Word Solid understanding of continuous improvement principles in lean manufacturing. Project management skills for effectively planning and executing manufacturing projects.
