LEADING COMPANY IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR Seeks: Chef Requirements: * Technical degree in Food and Beverages or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy (internship or graduate). * Proactive, honorable, and committed. * Flexible schedule availability. Experience: * Knowledge of nutritional cooking. * Knowledge of diverse dishes. * Verifiable experience in cafeterias, dining halls, or related areas. Main responsibilities within the company: * Recipe planning, development, and costing. * Selection and procurement of raw materials. * Raw materials inventory (FIFO: First In, First Out). * Coordination with the logistics department for raw materials procurement. * Waste control. * Development of menus meeting specified requirements. * Food cleaning and disinfection. * Workplace cleaning. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00 hrs; Saturdays, 07:00 to 14:00 hrs. Salary: Commensurate with qualifications; to be discussed during the interview.
