Today, we invite you to join our team as: Branch Supervisor Position Objective: Ensure the proper operation and achievement of targets for assigned branches according to established processes. Provide guidance, monitoring, and training to staff to deliver standardized patient care services. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration * Certifications or courses in Negotiation, B2B Sales, and Medical Visits. Required Knowledge: * Conducting and interpreting baropodometry studies (preferred) * Point-of-sale management / Business unit administration * Performance indicator management * Use of specialized commercial software * Personnel management * Medical visits / Public relations Key Responsibilities: * Branch management and supervision * Staff training * Ensuring target achievement and process compliance * Auditing operations at each branch * Conducting branch reviews to assess customer satisfaction levels * Medical visits * Cash register closing supervision * Project management Skills: * Leadership aligned with company culture * Analytical ability and decision-making capacity * Problem analysis and resolution * Effective communication * Adaptability and rapid learning * Decision-making * We Offer: * Monthly salary: $17,000 * Statutory benefits: year-end bonus, vacation days, vacation premium * Biweekly payment * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs.; Saturday, 9:00–12:00 hrs.
