Job Description *Our Mission!* Lead and oversee banquet and event operations, ensuring exceptional, seamless, and memorable service that reflects Mondrian Mexico City Condesa’s creative energy, contemporary style, and high standards. *What You’ll Do?* * Supervise the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events and banquets, ensuring impeccable quality and presentation in every detail. * Coordinate and lead the banquet team during service, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and outstanding guest service. * Maintain effective communication with the kitchen and other departments to meet timing requirements, special requests, and guest expectations. * Greet and welcome guests and clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized experience. * Ensure all service areas (event spaces, equipment, supplies) are immaculate and fully prepared according to brand standards. * Participate in event planning and logistics, including resolving unforeseen issues and fulfilling special requests. * Process event invoices accurately and efficiently, reporting any incidents to supervision. Requirements What Are We Looking For? * Minimum **2 years’ experience in banquets/events or luxury hotel service**, or in similar sectors. * Leadership and team coordination skills. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency required. * Results-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
