




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to implement a robust security structure and manage day-to-day security operations, assess risks, and support the implementation of security plans. Key Highlights: 1. Development and management of an effective security structure. 2. Experience in coordinating with high-level clients. 3. Support in implementing security plans and protocols. The selected candidate will be directly hired and supervised by Control Risks and will be deployed to the client's project site (Guadalajara) for a period of six or twelve months to implement a robust security structure aligned with the project’s requirements. Responsibilities: * Support the development of an effective and efficient security structure * Report operationally to the Client’s management * Organize and manage day-to-day security within the project * Support the client in implementing a security plan based on their security policies * Assess existing risks and vulnerabilities * Support the implementation of mitigation and response protocols and procedures * Evaluate the security of sites designated by the client * Review, implement, and/or modify security protocols and corresponding procedures * Serve as liaison with key RCO stakeholders—both internal and external—as well as competent police authorities, when required **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, International Relations, or related fields. * Ability to produce executive reports, present findings, and communicate risks clearly. * Experience in direct coordination with high-level clients or stakeholders. * Prior experience structuring or managing corporate or asset security functions. * Minimum of three years of experience in security operations. *Desired* * Courses in security plan design and implementation—PSP, ISO 31000, or similar standards. * Military or police experience
