 **Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the restaurant sector** \* Knowledge of service sequence, premium quality standards, cost control, shrinkage \* Knowledge of meat grades (mandatory) \* Knowledge of wines (mandatory) \* Management of staff of 70–100 people \* Leadership, operational mindset, and decision-making ability \* Excellent executive appearance and professional presence
