Excellent work environment **A food/confectionery industry company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations during the night shift; we offer a monthly salary of $20,000 to $30,000 with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., in Monterrey, Nuevo León** We are looking for a candidate with operational leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and production experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise production lines during the night shift. * Coordinate operators, assistants, and line leaders. * Ensure achievement of production, quality, and KPI targets. * Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and industrial safety. * Control waste, consumption, and incidents. * Coordinate with warehouse, maintenance, and quality departments. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical degree. * Experience in the food, confectionery, chocolate, candy, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of KPIs, inventory management, and production ERP systems. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Professional development * A solid career path within the food industry Contact and applications: 671 105 7449 Salary: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
