Position Summary: ICHI SERVICES is seeking a Process Documenter to model and document business processes, develop component catalogs, and maintain up-to-date documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Process modeling using BPMN and Oracle Process Cloud Service. 2. Technical PL/SQL and functional documentation, preferably with Oracle Cloud. 3. Version control to keep documentation up to date. **ICHI SERVICES is seeking a Process Documenter in Cuauhtemoc \- Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Main Responsibilities * **Process Modeling:** Create flow diagrams using business process modeling tools (BPMN) in environments such as Oracle Process Cloud Service. * **PL/SQL Technical Documentation:** Develop component catalogs including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages, detailing their functionality. * **Functional Documentation:** Configure document profiles and automatically classify documents. **(Preferably with Oracle Cloud)** * **Version Control:** Keep technical documentation updated in response to infrastructure or software changes. Profile and Required Skills * **Technical Knowledge:** SQL, PL/SQL, understanding of Oracle Database architecture, and experience with data modeling tools. * **Functional Experience:** Familiarity with Oracle modules (HCM, ERP, CRM), and ideally with Business Process Management (BPM) tools. * **Soft Skills:** Analytical ability, strong technical writing, attention to detail, and communication skills for interviewing key users (key users). * **Tools:** Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Visio, Enterprise Architect, or Oracle-native tools).
