Responsibilities: * Support in **scheduling and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance services**. * **Control and updating** of service reports, logs, and work orders. * Administrative follow-up on **tickets, incidents, and operational requirements**. * **Coordination and communication with field technicians** to ensure service delivery. * Support in **managing materials, tools, and operational documentation**. * Preparation of **operations-area reports and indicators**. Requirements: * **Completed bachelor’s degree** in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field. * **Minimum 1 year of experience in operations within the elevator or escalator sector (mandatory)**. * Knowledge of **elevator and escalator maintenance processes**. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel and Microsoft Office suite**. * Skills in **organization, monitoring, and teamwork**. * **Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation**.
