Join BCD Travel!** **National Program Manager.** In this role, you will be responsible for advising and driving client business growth and profitability with BCD Travel. Establish and cultivate strong relationships with influential individuals and decision-makers within assigned client organizations. Support and drive, in close collaboration with Implementation and Operations teams, client travel management growth and needs with BCD Travel. **As National Program Manager, you will:** * Build strong relationships at all levels within the client organization and become their trusted partner for travel-related matters. * Ensure BCD Travel stays informed of any strategic changes within the client organization and recommend development of a more appropriate strategy. * Develop account plans based on solid understanding of the client’s business strategy, objectives, priorities, and key issues. * Enhance profitability wherever possible through pricing adjustments, technology implementation, or other sales opportunities. * Collaborate closely with internal teams and other departments to meet client needs. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Prior experience in TMCs or business travel accounts. * Account management experience required. * Ability to act as “business owner” and take ownership of client portfolio growth/profitability. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage effectively at all levels. * English proficiency: Advanced (preferred) * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. \#LI\-AG1 We are market leaders in travel management: We help people and businesses travel smarter and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world’s most recognized and innovative corporate and consumer brands.
