Dive into this challenging role and develop your problem-solving skills and ability to apply technology on digital platforms, actively contributing to the quality, traceability, and achievement of operational objectives within the Service division. **Activity Summary:** The Junior Software Engineer is responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support for Atlas Copco's digital solutions, including software, connectivity, and associated hardware. · Provide basic and specialized technical support for Atlas Copco software (ToolsNet, TechCover, Open Protocol, etc.), both remotely and on-site. · Diagnose failures in equipment and systems, collect technical evidence, and coordinate escalations with global divisions. · Deliver training sessions to end customers on the use of software, connectivity, and digital solutions. · Develop technical competencies in Atlas Copco's hardware and software solutions, including connectivity, databases, communication protocols, and digital platforms. · Prepare technical, executive reports and time logs on platforms such as Spirit or equivalent. **Education:** Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Business Management, or related field. **Required Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position, preferably in industrial or technical support environments. **Knowledge:** · Programming support, integration with customer PLC systems. · Strong technical knowledge of equipment, capable of interpreting equipment and tool breakdowns, managing databases, and possessing basic knowledge of PLC programming and programming logic. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Intermediate English **Personal Competencies:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced English (ability to communicate with customers and global teams). Solid knowledge of databases, primarily SQL. Experience with industrial communication products (Open Protocol, TCP/IP). Familiarity with reporting and traceability platforms (Spirit or others).
