Position Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst for a key role offering high learning potential and direct exposure to real-world valuation, corporate structuring, and applied financial analysis projects. Growth alongside the firm's finance department A growing professional firm seeks a **Financial Analyst** to join its finance–tax department, actively participating in financial analysis, business structuring, and strategic support at the executive level. This is a **key position** offering high learning potential and direct exposure to real-world valuation, corporate structuring, and applied financial analysis projects. **Responsibilities** **•** Development of **basic financial models** for projects and valuations. **•** Preparation of **executive presentations** for clients, committees, and senior management. **•** Analysis and processing of **financial and tax information**. **•** Coordination and tracking of structuring projects (SOFOM, new businesses, etc.). **•** Financial, tax, and market research. **•** Management and consolidation of information across internal departments (Tax, Legal, Administration). **Requirements** **•** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. **• 2–3 years of experience** in similar roles (preferred). **•** Intermediate–advanced **Excel** (tables, formulas, analysis). **•** Basic knowledge of **financial statements**. **•** PowerPoint / executive presentations. **•** Analytical ability, organizational skills, and project tracking. **•** Strong communication and professional presentation skills. **Preferred / To be developed** **•** Valuation models (DCF, multiples). **•** Corporate or financial structuring. **•** Basic tax knowledge. **•** Materiality analysis. *(Gradual training in these topics is provided)* **We offer** **•** Competitive salary commensurate with experience. **•** High learning potential and **accelerated professional development**. **•** Direct participation in strategic projects. **•** Growth alongside the firm's finance department. **•** Job stability and a positive work environment.
