**FIELD SUPERVISOR** **Department:** Supervision **Location:** Michoacán, Salvarcar, 32575 Juárez, Chih. **Schedule:** Full-time **Position Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and verify daily waste collection operations, ensuring route and schedule compliance, service quality, equipment conditions, and timely response to incidents and citizen complaints. This role ensures operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established standards. **Functions and Responsibilities Operational Supervision:** * Verify operational staff’s arrival and departure times. * Confirm proper initiation of collection routes and daily adherence to scheduled routes. * Conduct field visits to assess staff performance and service quality. * Supervise cleaning of vehicles, tools, and transfer points. **Incident and Complaint Management:** * Receive, log, and track citizen complaints or internal reports. * Coordinate rapid solutions for route failures, staff absences, or unforeseen events. * Report relevant incidents to the appropriate departments. **Basic Maintenance Management:** * Report maintenance needs for collection vehicles and coordinate their resolution. * Verify that vehicles depart in optimal operating condition. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred (logistics, administration, or related fields). **Work Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years in operational supervision, logistics, urban services, or related roles. **Technical Skills:** * Basic knowledge of collection vehicle and equipment operation. * Experience managing operational reports and incident tracking. * Ability to plan and verify work routes. * Proficiency in basic office tools (Excel, corporate WhatsApp, email). **Soft Skills:** * Leadership and ability to coordinate teams. * Problem-solving skills and initiative. * Clear and assertive communication. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively under pressure. * Service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
