Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Safety Supervisor to manage, authorize, and supervise work activities in accordance with safety procedures and regulations, conducting risk analyses to ensure optimal conditions. We operate in over 50 countries across Europe, Latin America, and the United States from our 10 owned offices. We are looking for a Field Safety Supervisor. A professional responsible for **managing, authorizing, and supervising work activities** in compliance with applicable safety procedures and regulations. In collaboration with the documentation team, I conduct **risk analyses** to ensure optimal and safe field conditions. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct risk analysis jointly with the documentation officer prior to activity authorization. Effectively implement the **Safe Work Procedure (SWP)** and **Job Safety Analysis (JSA)**. Manage site access according to client requirements. Authorize and control **work permits**. Deliver **safety talks**, in accordance with applicable regulations. Continuously assess **field risks and conditions**. Provide direct on-site supervision to ensure compliance with safety standards. Promptly address requirements of the **Integrated Management System (IMS)** and comply with the client’s **monthly audits**. Prepare and timely submit **weekly and monthly reports**.
