Your responsibilities will include: Producing tortillas by hand using blue and yellow masa. Cleaning the work area (utensils and tools). Assisting in preparing stews for quesadillas, pambazos, tacos, etc. Cleaning utensils and work tools. Direct customer service. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience. Basic knowledge of hand-made tortilla preparation techniques. Good communication skills and availability. Charisma and enthusiasm for customer service. Valid documentation. We offer: Base salary of $9,900 gross per month \+ weekly tips, exceeding $1,000\. One additional day off during your birthday month and one free buffet meal. Ongoing training.
