We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven professional to lead our Accounting and Finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial planning for the organization. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience preparing and managing annual budgets. * Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams. * Solid knowledge of general accounting processes. * Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and ensure accurate accounting and financial operations. * Prepare and monitor the company’s annual budget. * Lead and supervise the Accounting \& Finance team. * Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations. * Analyze financial indicators and prepare management reports. * Identify and implement process improvements within the finance area.
