Job Summary: Ensure the execution of administrative and operational processes for vehicle maintenance, fuel control, and fleet image. Key Points: 1. Internal and external coordination for the vehicle fleet's service life. 2. Planning and administration of resources for vehicle maintenance. 3. Supervision and evaluation of vehicle maintenance processes. **Primary Job Objective:** Ensure the execution of administrative, operational processes and agreed service levels within the distribution organization for vehicle maintenance, fuel control, and vehicle appearance at the lowest possible cost, coordinating internal and external customers to guarantee compliance with and/or extension of the vehicle fleet's service life. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and administer resources allocated by the Distribution Organization to the vehicle maintenance area, ensuring their assignment by cost center and actual and full utilization in operations for comprehensive fleet care. * Supervise and ensure execution of processes and compliance with service levels in the vehicle maintenance area, promoting continuous and coordinated interaction among internal customers and external suppliers. * Evaluate outcomes of processes and guidelines in the vehicle maintenance area, defining general action plans that impact the area's operations and administration.
