Staff Supervisor Responsibilities \* Ensure daily operations start on time and as scheduled, supervising the proper activation and functioning of the experience overall. \* Be the person who assists and supports all necessary tasks to deliver an outstanding experience to visitors. \* Be responsible for ensuring the Staff team consistently delivers excellent service to attendees. \* Assist visitors with any questions or concerns they may have. \* Coordinate and supervise the team under your responsibility to operate the experience correctly and orderly. \* Implement safety protocols. \* Handle crisis situations appropriately and coordinate Staff effectively during such situations. \* Coordinate Staff schedules. \* Understand the functions of other departments to communicate effectively when required. \* Supervise facility cleanliness. \* Support onboarding training for new guides and ongoing training for the team. \* Conduct monthly evaluations of the entire team, providing feedback. \* Collaborate closely with Operations Management to report any incidents and follow up on tasks required for the proper functioning of the experience. Requirements: \* Minimum 2 years of verifiable customer service experience. \* Minimum 2 years of verifiable team coordination experience. \* Minimum 2 years of verifiable group management experience. \* Age between 28 and 38 years.
