Layer 2 protocols (switching), such as *STP, VLAN, LACP, 802.1Q, Port Security*. 2\. Layer 3 routing, including static routing and dynamic OSPF routing. 3\. Solid understanding of the OSI model and the TCP/IP protocol. 4\. Network service protocols such as DHCP, DNS, NTP, FTP, TFTP, NAT, NTP. 5\. Firewall configurations (Check Point preferred). 6\. Security tools, IDS, IPS, Antivirus, EDRs. 7\. Creation and detailed documentation of network diagrams, configuration records, and technical reports. 8\. Knowledge of LAN wired and wireless network design. 9\. Basic knowledge of network security and security mechanisms at access and perimeter levels. 10\. Basic knowledge of structured network cabling. 11\. Knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols and network design. 12\. Operational support for clients’ local area network infrastructure, including network devices: switches, routers, firewalls, access points, Wi-Fi controllers. 13\.
