Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, Accounting, Logistics, or related field (in progress or completed). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially intermediate Excel). Basic knowledge of administrative processes and requisition workflows. ERP system or procurement management platform experience is desirable. **Responsibilities** \- Prepare and track purchase orders. \- Enter and update supplier and product information in the system. \- Manage procurement-related documentation (quotations, requisitions, invoices, etc.). \- Monitor delivery dates and coordinate with warehouse or internal users. \- Support administrative audits and internal controls within the department. \- Coordinate with other departments (Finance, Warehouse, Accounting) to close procurement-related administrative processes.
